eBooks available through California Elementary

Your child has access to an eBook collection. These eBooks are available for all students at school and at home.

How to Login to the Destiny Discover eBook Database on a Chromebook:

  1. Log in to ClassLink 
  2. Click the Destiny icon
  3. If required, enter your username (6-digit Student ID) and password (District Generated)
  4. Click Log In
  5. Click the Catalog tab (top left)
  6. Click Destiny Discover (left side) 
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the eBooks section
  8. Click See All
How to search for Library books (Hard Copy) and eBooks using the online catalog (Destiny Discover)
  1. Log in to ClassLink 
  2. Click the Destiny icon
  3. If required, enter your username (6-digit Student ID) and password (District Generated), select Log In
  4. Click the Catalog tab (top left side)
  5. Click Destiny Discover (left-hand side) 
  6. Enter keywords that describe your book - title, author, or subject in the search field

By AR Reading Level

From your Destiny Discover homepage:

  1. Click Search Options (top right)
  2. Click Reading Programs
  3. Click Accelerated Reader
  4. Enter your Reading Levels 
    a) Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) to find a list of all the available books in your reading level (alphabetical order)
    b) Click Set Options and enter keywords that describe your book - title, author, or subject in the search field to find a list of  specific books

You can place one library book on hold and have one library book checked out at a time.
