What does the PTA do for our school?

We advocate for your child's education, connect the school and community, as well as support special programs like:

• The Scholastic Book Fairs

• Arts & Cultural Events

• Bingo Night

• Health & Safety Week

• Pottery Night

• Literacy Night

• Staff Appreciation Week

• Skate Night

• Summer Reading Challenge

Plus, there are year-round fundraisers, including:

Yogurtland Fridays: Every Friday when you visit Yogurtland at the Target Shopping Center (Harbor Blvd. & Baker St., Costa Mesa), mention you are from California Elementary School. Yogurtland will donate 20% of all purchases back to our school.

Where does the money go from fundraising?

• Class Field Trips

• The Halloween Hoot

• The Learning Garden

• Fun & Educational Workshops

• Imagination Machine Assembly

These programs and events are made possible because of your support, membership, and ideas. Please join us at any Association meeting during the school year in the MPR at school. Get a coffee, chat with other parents, and find out what is happening and how to volunteer on our campus for your children and family. We look forward to seeing you and welcome all new ideas to improve our PTA!
